Return Policy

All returns must be authorized prior to be shipped back. Do not return an item without authorization.

Once your return is authorized, please follow the instructions:

1. Return Period

We accept product returns within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, returns will not be processed.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition, without any signs of use, damage, or alterations.

All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.

Customized products or non-eligible items cannot be returned.

4. Return Fees

If the return is due to our error, such as a defective product or incorrect shipment, we will cover all return shipping expenses.

If the return is due to customer personal preferences or other reasons unrelated to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

The refund will be processed within 3-5 days after the return is approved.

The refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment (e.g., credit card refund, bank transfer).
